For more than three decades The Big 5 has gone from strength to strength, to evolve into the largest, most influential and renowned portfolio of construction industry events spanning the Middle East, India and South East Asia.

The Big 5 network now includes more than 300,000 suppliers and buyers of construction products from 120 countries worldwide.

Continuing to evolve and expand into new territories from its UAE origins to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, India, Indonesia and East Africa, the portfolio has also hosted specialised events for the concrete, PMV, stone, HVAC, solar, glass and facilities management sectors.

Not merely large-scale exhibitions, each individual showcase includes a series of free-to-attend educational events plus certified training workshops for the vital exchange of country-specific knowledge and industry best practice.


Make in India Pavilion: The Big 5, Dubai 2016


Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry has booked an exhibition space of 200 square metre at The Big 5 Dubai 2016 and formed a “Make in India” Pavilion showcasing the strength of India in the sector. 

An Investors Roundtable will be organized on 23rd November, 2016 between the identified Dubai investors and Indian companies. DIPP and the Indian Embassy will be a part of the programme.

B2B Meetings may be organized between participating Indian representatives/ companies/States/ DIPP/Invest India and their foreign counterparts. G2B meetings may be organized to evaluate the expectations of international investors and industry.

The design & concept of the Make in India pavilion would be done in consultation with DIPP and will showcase sector specific strength in the manufacturing sector in India and would also have B2B or/and G2B Lounge, Meeting Rooms.


G-to-B and B-to-B (21st - 24th November 2016):


Meetings would be organized between the participating Indian representatives (companies/ DIPP/Invest India) and the foreign counterparts.

G-to-B meetings will be organized to evaluate the expectations of international investors and industry. The B2B and G2B would be an ideal platform to exchange ideas, understanding investment environment and enhancing trade ties between the Indian and International companies. We are also inviting some Sovereign Funds for the B2B meeting.
